Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging, hands-on driving instruction in real-world conditions
  • Teach safe driving techniques and build student confidence
  • Adapt lessons to individual learning styles
  • Communicate student progress with families
  • Maintain a safe, professional learning environment

Requirements

  • Pass FBI/BCI background check
  • 2 points or fewer on driving record (past 3 years)
  • No license suspensions
  • Valid driver's license for 5+ years
  • Strong driving skills

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching, coaching, or training preferred
  • Patient, calm, and supportive demeanor
  • Knowledge of traffic laws or willingness to learn
  • Strong commitment to safety and student success

Preferred

  • Experience working with diverse learners
  • Strong communication skills with students and parents
